About the Role

The clinic is an established mixed billing practice servicing a growing patient population in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The clinic operates approximately 50% private and 50% bulk billing, with doctors currently averaging approximately $470 per hour in billings/ $3,760 per day.

GPs predominantly work with 10-minute appointments; however, doctors have flexibility to structure their appointment books to suit their preferred consulting style. MBS Item 23 is the most commonly billed attendance item across the practice.

The successful GP will receive 70% of billings and join an established clinical team with dedicated nursing and practice administration support onsite. The practice uses Best Practice software and offers a supportive environment where doctors retain flexibility over how they manage their patient load and working hours.

Requirements

• Applicants should hold FRACGP or FACRRM or be a General Specialist
• Not a DPA location (can help you if you are on the moratorium)
