What they need

- Diagnose and manage common occupational illnesses and injuries, providing evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Develop and implement health surveillance programs tailored to specific workplace hazards and employee exposures.
- Advise employers on workplace health and safety legislation, risk assessments, and the implementation of control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with full registration with the relevant medical council.
- Industrial Site and Occupational Health Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of post-registration clinical experience, with at least 3 years focused on occupational health.
- Proficiency in conducting medical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating treatment plans.
