• Support the assembly and boxing of items to ensure they align with established requirements.
• Oversee operational workflows and notify leadership regarding any technical discrepancies.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment for the entire team.
• Adhere to all established safety regulations to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Work alongside colleagues to achieve output goals and hit critical timeframes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and instructional sessions as needed.

Required Skills

• A secondary education credential or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior background in a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial.
• Capacity to thrive in a rapid-paced setting while managing various responsibilities.
• A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to high-quality outcomes.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling, with the capacity to work extra hours when necessary.
