General Production Manager

Belleville Boot Company® is the oldest and leading manufacturer of boots for the U.S. Military - beginning with our first combat boot supply order during WWI. Since our founding in 1904, we've perfected our bootmaking craft through innovative materials and the latest footwear technology to deliver the highest performing boots on the market.

Headquartered in the Metro East St. Louis area, we proudly operate four state-of-the-art footwear manufacturing facilities, including two in Arkansas, one in Missouri and our newest location coming soon in Lares, Puerto Rico. Our Illinois facility serves as an integrated production and distribution hub, while also bringing together our Marketing, Sales, and administrative teams to support efficient, coordinated operations.
