Weekend Shift Schedules

Day Shift

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours

Night Shift

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours

Position Summary

The General Production Helper supports manufacturing operations by moving materials, assisting production personnel, operating material handling equipment and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work and being part of a team that produces high-quality products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials and finished products
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Perform basic quality inspections and follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Overhead crane experience strongly preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and work in a physically active environment for extended periods
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
