General Production Worker

Duties

• Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Support manufacturing processes by preparing raw materials, loading components, and packaging finished items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and equipment to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery or tools as needed to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly processes is highly advantageous
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks regularly
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Pay: $16.60-$25.14 per hour
