Take responsible and operate day-to-day activities which relate with indirect material on terms that are in the company’s best interest.
Prepare purchasing report by monthly basis
Evaluate supplier performance.
- To acquire indirect materials and/or services for supporting Operation in Ecco manufacturing unit with competitive price, quality and proper timeline.
- Conduct RFQ / bidding
- Control plant indirect procurement process to follow General Purchase Procedure and Ecco Code of Conduct.
- Handle PR/PO process
- Follow up delivery with suppliers
- To support cost saving productivity and initiate cost saving ideas.
- Prepare cost saving report
- Lead cost saving projects.
- Build supplier relationship and improve their competencies and also source/develop new suppliers to minimize the cost .
- Conduct supplier evaluation by yearly basis
