General Purchaser

1. Source and buy daily indirect items: PPE, hardware, gloves, cleaning supplies, maintenance parts and office goods

2. Collect purchase requests from all departments, standardize product demands

3. Issue RFQ/RFP, compare vendors, negotiate price, delivery and service terms

4. Draft, track and renew service & supply contracts, manage SLA terms

5. Evaluate supplier performance, resolve late delivery or defective goods issues

6. Create POs in ERP system, track total spend and submit cost saving reports

7. Minimize unapproved off-contract purchases (maverick spend)

8. Communicate with internal teams to follow company procurement policies

9. Ensure all purchasing activities meet compliance and audit requirements

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
