Responsibilities

• Monitor campus and conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks or breaches.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies by executing established procedures such as fire drills, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security events, disturbances, or safety hazards with clarity and accuracy.
• Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents by providing necessary information and support.
• Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety for all parties involved.
• Enforce compliance with security regulations and company policies to uphold a secure environment at all times.Experience
• Proven experience in security roles within public settings demonstrating strong observational skills.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use is preferred; ongoing training will be provided if necessary.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technology, and incident report writing tools is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling safely while maintaining alertness during long shifts.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and conflict management strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders.
