About the Role:

Honest Tom's Auto Care in Sterling, VA is looking for a motivated General Service Technician/Tire Tech/Apprentice to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors
• Perform oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, and basic preventive maintenance
• Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics as an apprentice
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Move and stage customer vehicles safely in and around the shop
• Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines on all services

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced shop environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
• Prior shop or tire center experience is a plus, but not required
