• Knowledgeable in processing of renewal for motor/ vehicle registration.
• Knows to insure all motor/ vehicles under comprehensive insurance and monitors vehicle damage claims.
• Can supervise janitor's schedule of cleaning and disinfection.
• Can replenish supplies such as alcohol, disinfectant, soap and other supplies needed for Maintaining cleanliness.
• Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Suite

Notifies supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, required

• Record Monitors General Service's facilities Maintenance Concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
