General Superintendent

Opportunity for an experienced General Superintendent in the DFW area! Looking to speak with qualified General Superintendents that have experience running commercial projects and interacting with Project Managers to keep costs and schedules on track. You will be tasked with running multiple job sites at once, whether it's a handful of larger projects or many smaller ones. If you have multiple large projects going on at one time, you will have job site supers to ensure things are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in handling large-scale commercial projects ($1m+)
• Experience in managing projects entailing drywall, metal framing, ceilings, and related scopes of work
• Ability to read construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
