General Supervisor

GENERAL SUPERVISOR

Location: Upper Mission, Benin City.

Salary: ₦80,000 Monthly

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

( 2days On, 1 day Off)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise other supervisors and staff.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure duties are properly carried out.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Address operational issues and report to management.
• Ensure staff follow company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor staff effectively.
