General Supervisor (Maintenance)

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance activities across all King Fahd Causeway facilities.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and general facility maintenance works.
• Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance tasks for technicians and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required schedule.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, risks, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and project requirements.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and maintenance incidents and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper availability and utilization of tools, equipment, materials, and spare parts.
• Review maintenance work quality and verify completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and equipment status.
• Support maintenance planning, upgrades, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate maintenance teams while maintaining high standards of discipline and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, preferably in large infrastructure, bridges, highways, tunnels, or similar facilities.
• Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance activities.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage emergency maintenance situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Good knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems/CMMS.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple maintenance activities.
• Experience in causeway, bridge, highway, or major infrastructure projects will be highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
