Job Description

Naoero Medical Center is seeking an experienced and skilled General Surgeon with proven experience in independently performing laparoscopic surgeries to join its medical team.

The ideal candidate should have strong surgical expertise, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to independently manage surgical cases while ensuring high standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general surgical procedures, including laparoscopic surgeries, independently.
• Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans.
• Conduct preoperative evaluations and provide postoperative care and follow-up.
• Manage surgical emergencies and make timely clinical decisions.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection prevention and surgical protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution or recognized qualification in General Surgery.
• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently perform laparoscopic procedures.
• Valid medical license from the candidate’s home country will be accepted, subject to credential verification and applicable licensing requirements.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
