General Technician - Electromechanical

Key Responsibilities: As we are expanding our kitchen business, we require a candidate with Electromechancial expertise in the following areas:

1. Kitchen Equipment Servicing: Hands-on experience servicing equipment such as double deck convection ovens, commercial gas stoves, gas deep fryers, salamanders, gas metallic hot plates, charcoal grills, pizza ovens, and microwave ovens.
2. Electrical Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of basic electrical troubleshooting.
3. Refrigeration: Basic troubleshooting skills for customised kitchen table chillers and freezers.
4. Parts Identification: Ability to identify parts descriptions and locate details online.
5. Electronic Equipment Testing: Proficiency in testing and understanding components like Hi/Lo-pressure switches, heaters, electronic solenoids, and using a multimeter for troubleshooting.
6. Logistics: Must own a motorbike to travel between different branches.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of electrical or general technician experience, preferably in cafes, hotels, or retail chains.
• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role covering multiple stores, if applicable.
• Flexible working hours and on-call availability for emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
