Job Title: General Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Trainer to train employees, improve their skills, and support their professional development. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
• Explain company policies, procedures, work processes, and standards.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
• Assess trainees’ performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor training progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Coordinate with team leaders and management to identify training needs.
• Ensure employees understand workplace safety, quality standards, and organizational expectations.
• Continuously improve training methods to enhance employee performance.

Requirements

• Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and train individuals or groups.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous training experience is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
