General Travel Staff

In this position, you will be part of a team handling various aspects of travel operations, including booking, ticketing, reservations, data entry, invoicing, and client communication via email and phone. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills in travel operations, receive daily training, and gain hands-on experience all in a supportive environment.

Office Location: 2251 IT Hub, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.

• Preferably with at least 6 months - 1 year experience in a BPO environment.

• Great attention to detail and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Flexible with work schedules and willing to work onsite in Makati.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international partners and clients via email and calls
• Handle client inquiries through email, chat, and phone with professionalism
• Perform accurate data entry and encoding of transactions
• Manage and update online reservation systems
• Process bookings and confirmations via email
• Monitor and track booking schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness
