What they need
A General Utility Worker maintains facility cleanliness and performs basic building maintenance or manual labor tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, wash windows, and clean up spills.
- Restroom Maintenance: Sanitize toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables safely.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform minor repairs, replace light bulbs, and fix loose fixtures or leaky faucets.
- Facility Support: Move furniture, set up rooms for events, or assist in warehouse/pantry areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous background in janitorial work, housekeeping, or general utility maintenance.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of standing for long hours, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Safety Knowledge: Able to safely use chemical cleaning supplies and follow workplace safety rules.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
