What they need
About the role
We are looking for hardworking and responsible General Construction Workers to support daily construction activities. You will assist with site work, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and carry out duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Carry, load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Assist skilled workers with pipe fitting and welding activities.
- Keep the worksite clean and organized.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace safety rules.
- Carry out Fire Watch duties during hot work when assigned.
- Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment to the Site Supervisor.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.
About you
- Must have a Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) – SEC(K).
- Experience in construction is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and committed to workplace safety.
