General Worker – Core Section (Urgently Hiring)

We are seeking a physically fit, responsible and motivated General Worker to join our Core Section production team. The successful candidate will assist in daily manufacturing operations, material handling, equipment preparation and quality inspection to ensure smooth production processes, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily production activities and operate machinery as instructed.
• Handle, load, unload and move raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare production materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area according to 5S practices.
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions at all times.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform lifting and carrying tasks safely.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Skills :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform the essential duties of the position safely.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and production procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willing to work in an industrial environment where exposure to dust and chemicals may occur, with appropriate safety controls and PPE provided.
