General Worker (Senai, Lunch Provided, Basic + OT, MNC)

Job Title: Factory General Worker / Production OperatorJob Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Factory General Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, handling materials, packing finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Line Operation: Assist in operating production machinery and tools; perform assembly, processing, or packaging tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and count raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure a continuous supply for the production line.
• Quality Control Support: Perform basic visual checks on products, labels, and packaging; immediately report any defects, damages, or machine abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Packing & Labeling: Pack finished products securely into boxes or cartons, apply accurate labels, and stack them neatly in designated storage or pallet areas.
• Housekeeping & 5S: Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation and surrounding areas; clean equipment and return tools to their proper places at the end of each shift.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to factory safety regulations and guidelines; properly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, masks, and gloves at all times.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Line Leader.

Job Requirements

• Education: No specific educational background required (SPM / High School graduates or equivalent are preferred).
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and energetic; capable of standing for long periods and performing manual lifting or physical labor.
• Attitude: Strong work ethic, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Communication: Able to understand and follow basic verbal and written work instructions (Ability to communicate in basic Malay or English/Mandarin is an advantage).
• Working Hours: Willing to work in shifts (if applicable) and open to working overtime (OT) based on production demands.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or entry-level job seekers are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided. Prior experience in a factory environment is a plus.
