General Worker / Support Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Worker / Support Staff to handle the daily upkeep of our office and residential apartment. This is a hands-on role covering cleaning (including washrooms), shopping, bill payments, and general errands. The right candidate is someone comfortable doing physical/cleaning work and managing small day-to-day responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

● Clean and maintain the office and apartment daily, including washrooms, floors, kitchen area, and common spaces

● Keep both spaces tidy, organized, and presentable at all times

● Do grocery shopping and restock household/kitchen supplies

● Purchase office stationery and supplies as needed

● Pay recurring bills on time (utilities, internet, rent, etc.) and keep proper receipts

● Report any maintenance issues or defaults (electrical, plumbing, AC, etc.) to the building/property manager and follow up until resolved

● Assist with general errands and small tasks as instructed

● Maintain a simple daily/weekly checklist of completed work and purchases

Requirements

● Willingness to do cleaning work, including washrooms, as a core part of the job

● Prior experience as an office boy, helper, or household staff preferred but not mandatory

● Honest, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

● Basic spoken English or Urdu (Arabic is a plus)

● Valid UAE residence/work permit, or willingness to be sponsored

● Physically fit and comfortable with daily manual tasks
