Position: Generalist, US Personal Finance

Type: Contractor (Short Term)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Complete a series of structured tasks simulating genuine US personal finance workflows, including tax filing and household budgeting scenarios.
• Securely connect your US-based financial account(s) via Plaid as part of the project requirements.
• Accurately enter and verify financial data using online banking platforms, financial apps, and basic spreadsheets.
• Follow detailed written instructions to ensure project deliverables meet strict quality and accuracy standards.
• Document step-by-step processes, using clear written communication for each completed assignment.

Requirements

• Proficiency with personal finance management, including household budgeting and using digital finance tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality work independently and remotely.
• Experience with online banking platforms, financial apps, and basic spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
