WedMeGood is Indias leading wedding discovery platform, helping millions of couples discover and connect with wedding businesses across the country.

Were now building a SaaS platform that helps wedding venues, banquets, resorts and hospitality businesses manage leads, automate customer interactions, improve conversion, and operate more efficiently. While our initial focus is venues and hospitality businesses, the vision extends much further.

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprising Sales Manager to help build this business from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We re looking for a sharp, curious generalist who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and coming up with unconventional, practical ideas.

This role is for someone who is comfortable jumping across different problem statements - from strategy and growth to customer experience, operations, new initiatives and everything in between. You should be able to quickly understand a problem, break it down, ask the right questions and find creative ways to solve it.

What you ll do

• Work on high-impact, often loosely defined business problems.
• Identify opportunities, bottlenecks and areas where things can be done differently.
• Come up with creative, out-of-the-box solutions rather than defaulting to conventional playbooks.
• Take ideas from a rough hypothesis to a structured plan and, where needed, execution.
• Conduct research, talk to customers/partners, analyse data and connect seemingly unrelated dots.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to move projects forward.
• Experiment quickly, learn from what works and what doesn t, and iterate.

• Is naturally curious and enjoys figuring things out.
• Has strong problem-solving and structured-thinking skills.
• Can operate comfortably with ambiguity and limited direction.
• Has a bias for action and doesn t stop at making recommendations.
• Thinks independently and is willing to challenge obvious answers.
• Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Communicates clearly and can simplify complex problems.
• Is resourceful - when the answer isn t obvious, you know how to find it.

We care less about a specific background and more about how you think.

You could come from consulting, startups, product, growth, operations, strategy - or something completely different. What matters is intellectual curiosity, strong judgment and the ability to get things done.

This is NOT a wedding planner role, but we do love people who love weddings and everything around it.
