Generative AI Adoption Communicator (Project-Based)

We are looking for Gen AI Adoption Communicator on a project-based engagement to support educators in adopting generative AI tools that enhance lesson planning, teaching, and administrative tasks. This role combines training delivery with creative communications work to inspire and motivate educators to integrate AI into their daily practice.

We are looking for someone energetic, confident, and eager to learn — with a passion for education technology and the ability to drive adoption through training, storytelling, and community engagement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Confident presenting or willing to learn facilitation.
• Interest in generative AI and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
• Creative thinker with content creation skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with educators and diverse groups.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
• Valid PRC License.
• Experience in communications, content creation, education, marketing, or facilitation.
• Background in student leadership, campus organizations, digital content, or community engagement.
• Interest in education technology and user adoption behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support generative AI training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Guide educators through practical workflows that enhance teaching, assessment, and administration.
• Develop engaging communications campaigns, including prompt ideas, workflow tips, and educator success stories.
• Participate in educator communities to share content, highlight success stories, and expand tool adoption.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, events, and content rollouts.
• Collaborate with program managers, trainers, and content teams to refine strategies based on feedback.
