Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer

SIFCORE is a Noida-based training institute offering live online classes in Salesforce, SAP, AI & emerging tech and foreign languages, with hands-on practice and real-world projects.

Role

We're looking for an experienced trainer to teach our Generative AI and Agentic AI courses in live online batches. You will deliver hands-on sessions, guide students through real projects, and help them become job-ready in AI development. This is a part-time / freelance, fully remote role.

What you will teach

• Generative AI: LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs, embeddings and vector databases, RAG, fine-tuning basics, LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Agentic AI: AI agents and tool calling, LangGraph, CrewAI / AutoGen, multi-agent workflows, MCP (Model Context Protocol), memory and planning, deploying AI applications

Responsibilities

• Conduct live online sessions (weekday or weekend batches)
• Prepare and update course material, assignments and projects
• Clear student doubts and review their projects
• Support students with interview preparation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python and AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications (RAG, chatbots) and AI agents
• Strong communication skills in English/Hindi; teaching or training experience preferred
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple language
