Generative AI Backend Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Backend Engineer with 4-12 years of overall software engineering experience to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular.

The engineer will integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and deploy scalable solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, while ensuring security, monitoring, performance, accuracy, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, vector search, AI workflow orchestration, backend APIs, frontend integration, and cloud deployment.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel, along with SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and deploy scalable solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, while ensuring security, monitoring, performance, accuracy, and production readiness.
