About the Role

We're hiring a Data Engineer to own the data pipelines behind AI and agent-based solutions. BigQuery is the project's core data layer, and your job is making sure the right data is clean, validated, and ready for AI agents to use.

This is a multi-month, fully remote contract with a crafts-based digital product studio backed by a global strategy consulting parent. Portuguese is preferred.

An AI agent is only as good as the data it can reach. If you've built the pipelines that make GenAI solutions actually work, this role puts you right at the center.

What You'll Do

• Own ingestion and transformation pipelines supporting AI and agent-based solutions
• Put data quality checks and validation in place so downstream consumers can trust what they get
• Prepare and expose data for AI and agent consumption
• Build primarily on BigQuery and related GCP data services
• Partner with the GenAI engineers building the application layer

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting Generative AI solutions
• Strong background in data ingestion, transformation, and data quality and validation
• Experience preparing data specifically for AI or agent use cases
• Strong BigQuery experience is preferred
• Familiarity with GCP data engineering tools is a plus
• Portuguese preferred
