Generative AI Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer with hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience designing, developing, and deploying GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases.
• Develop AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for business-specific use cases.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of NLP and Machine Learning concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Exposure to fine-tuning, model evaluation, and observability tools.
• Experience working on chatbot, copilot, document intelligence, or AI automation projects.
