Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer (Multimodal AI)

About the Role

Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to help drive the next generation of AI-powered solutions supporting digital media, broadcast production, and content operations. This role will focus on designing, training, optimizing, and deploying advanced multimodal AI models while working closely with engineering and business teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The ideal candidate combines deep machine learning expertise with strong cloud engineering experience and a passion for building production-ready AI systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate large-scale multimodal AI models for text, image, video, and content-related applications.
• Train and optimize foundation models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques.
• Apply reinforcement learning methodologies to improve model performance and business outcomes.
• Develop AI solutions from concept through production deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
• Optimize inference pipelines using techniques such as TensorRT, quantization, pruning, and model acceleration .
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain distributed AI/ML systems within AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Create scalable architectures and technical designs utilizing the C4 model and other architecture documentation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting digital media, broadcast production, and content workflows.
• Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience developing software with Python .
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS Cloud services.
• 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Azure .
• Proven experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Hands-on experience with LoRA or similar parameter-efficient fine-tuning approaches.
• Experience building and deploying distributed systems in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI model optimization techniques, including TensorRT, quantization, and pruning.
• Expertise in software architecture and design methodologies, including the C4 model .
• Experience working within Agile development environments .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert understanding of digital media and broadcast production operations and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or working with Diffusion Models for image and text generation.
• Knowledge of broadcast production systems , media asset management platforms, or video content management solutions.
• Experience with client-side technologies including React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices, and automated deployment strategies.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives within media, entertainment, streaming, or content production environments.
