We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in traditional AI/ML, Deep Learning, and predictive modelling , along with exposure to GenAI/RAG .

❌ Not looking for candidates who spent most of their career in Java, React, or other technologies and transitioned into AI/GenAI only in the last 2–4 years.

🔑 Mandatory Skills

• Strong Machine Learning fundamentals
• Strong Deep Learning fundamentals
• Python
• PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Hands-on model training from scratch
• Feature engineering
• Model evaluation & optimization
• Experience with production deployment of ML models

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• LLM Fine-tuning
• Hugging Face
• Vector Databases
• Knowledge Graphs / Neo4j / GraphRAG
• AWS / Azure
