Location: Prague (largely remote, occasional office visit. If you’re not based in Prague, you must be willing to travel when required)

Seeking a Gen AI Developer / AI Architect to join a small team building and scaling production-grade Generative AI solutions.

We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on GenAI experience, particularly around LLM applications, agentic workflows and modern AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI-powered applications using Python
• Architect AI solutions and optimise them for performance and scalability
• Build and integrate LLM-powered chatbots and AI products
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI
• Implement frontend interactions using React / TypeScript
• Work with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation/fine-tuning
• Help establish effective approaches for taking GenAI solutions into production
• Work within a small team using modern CI/CD, testing and code review practices

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI / GenAI / LLM applications
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Strong FastAPI / Flask / Django experience
• Experience designing and exposing REST APIs
• Practical React / TypeScript experience
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience working in an enterprise consulting environment
• Fluent Czech and English
