Job Description: Generative AI Engineer

Location: Thane
Experience: 24 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building LLM-powered applications, multi-agent systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern GenAI frameworks and be capable of designing scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases and semantic search
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
• Integrate LLM models with enterprise data sources to deliver context-aware responses
• Design and expose RESTful APIs for AI services and application integration
• Work with vector databases such as ElasticSearch, Chroma, or Azure AI Search
• Optimize model performance, latency, and response quality for production use cases
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams for seamless solution delivery
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and improve output accuracy and relevance
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems

Key Skills & Technologies

GenAI & LLMs:

• OpenAI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock
• Prompt Engineering, RAG, Semantic Search

Frameworks & Tools:

• LangChain, LangGraph
• Flask / FastAPI for API development

Vector Databases & Search:

• ElasticSearch, Chroma, Azure AI Search

Programming & Backend:

• Python (mandatory)
• REST API development
• Basic knowledge of Java / backend integration (good to have)

Cloud & Deployment:

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Azure
• CI/CD and scalable deployments

Good to Have

• Experience with multi-agent architectures / agent orchestration
• Exposure to chatbot architectures and conversational AI systems
• Understanding of frontend frameworks (React.js)
• Experience with speech (STT/TTS) or multimodal AI applications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / AI / Data Science or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI development

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
