What you will enjoy doing*

• You will perform routine and non-routine visual and physical tests on cylinders before filling and determines whether requalifying and/or repairs are required
• Operates and maintains acetylene generator, compressors, and associated equipment
• Fills and processes acetylene cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
• You will check for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fills any necessary product
• Completes quality control documentation following company and governmental procedures
• You will operate a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders and calcium carbide containers
• May load and unload trucks and check for cylinder quantities styles and products
• You will assist with customer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment
• Primarily works with minimal supervision utilizing independent decision-making skills

• High School Degree / GED is required
• You have a strong mechanical background
• And you must possess excellent leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
