We Are Hiring Assistant Sales Manager

Reports To: Sales Manager

Drive sales and business development across corporate, commercial, and industrial segments, while supporting the Sales Manager in meeting revenue goals and expanding market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive C&I sales, develop new business & achieve sales targets.
2. Support Sales Manager in strategy development and team guidance.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors & consultants.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations & sales presentations.
5. Monitor market trends, competitors & customer insights.
6. Coordinate with after-sales teams for customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on generator technologies, load requirements & standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Strong sales, negotiation & C&I market knowledge.
2. Generator/power solutions and technical understanding.
3. Proposal, presentation & client relationship skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving & teamwork abilities.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum 16 years of education; Engineering/Business background preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years in sales/business development of generator or power solutions, preferably C&I.
