Generator Motor Winder

• Perform rotor winding, rewinding, insulation, and coil installation for generators.
• Inspect rotor components and identify defects, damage, or insulation failures.
• Conduct electrical tests such as insulation resistance, surge, continuity, and high-potential testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in generator rotor and exciters.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, varnishing, and testing procedures.

Key Skills

• Generator rotor winding and repair
• Electrical testing and troubleshooting

Preferred Experience

• Experience with large industrial generators, turbines, or rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with OEM rotor rewinding for (GE, Siemens, ABB, Alstom, etc.).
