Generator Service Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating service contracts, including scheduling regular maintenance, call-outs and remedial works
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, managing written and verbal communication
• Organising engineer access, parts and equipment to support job delivery
• Managing jobs efficiently through to invoicing
• Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements
• Working closely with the Generator Operations Manager to support contract efficiencies

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in planning, scheduling and customer service
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, customer-focused approach
