Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex customer experience solutions using Genesys Cloud CX platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IVR, ACD, SIP troubleshooting, CCaaS (Customer Contact Center as a Service), Conversational AI, Salesforce integration, REST API integration on AWS.
• Ensure seamless integration of all components within the solution stack.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Genesys Cloud CX development.
• Proficiency in working with data actions such as SQL queries for reporting purposes.
• Strong understanding of call flow design principles and ability to create efficient workflows for various use cases.
