About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Platform Engineer to build, configure, support, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud contact center solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, IVR development, Architect Flows, routing strategies, platform administration, APIs, and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Build Architect Flows, IVRs, queues, routing strategies and self-service applications.
• Configure voice, chat, email, SMS, callback and digital engagement channels.
• Develop REST API integrations with CRM and enterprise applications.
• Configure Data Actions, OAuth and webhooks.
• Support production issues, troubleshooting and platform optimization.
• Participate in cloud migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps teams and business stakeholders.
• Create technical documentation and deployment guides.

• 5+ years of contact center experience

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
