Genesys IVR Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys IVR Developer to support a Hong Kong project on a 3-month contract basis. The candidate will be responsible for the development, enhancement, testing, and support of Genesys IVR solutions to meet business and customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Genesys IVR applications and call flows.
• Support IVR integration with backend applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of IVR solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Handle incident resolution, defect fixes, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and vendors to deliver project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Genesys development.
• Hands-on experience in Genesys IVR development and support .
• Experience with Genesys call flow design, routing, and customer interaction solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in project delivery and production support environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting contact center solutions in financial services or insurance industries.
• Experience working on regional or Hong Kong projects.
• Familiarity with Genesys integrations, APIs, and reporting tools.
• Prior experience supporting AIA or large enterprise Genesys environments is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
