Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide comprehensive patient care in general, ICU, ER, and OT settings, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop appropriate care plans and interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
• Deliver emergency support and participate actively in life-saving procedures when necessary.
• Perform wound care management, ensuring infection control and optimal healing.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, utilizing expertise in critical care and emergency nursing.
• Execute IV therapy with precision, maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Document clinical care accurately and comprehensively in patient medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in preoperative and postoperative care, preparing patients for surgery and aiding in recovery processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective patient care strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.
