Geo-Environmental Engineer

Are you looking to develop your career within a growing geo-environmental and geotechnical consultancy? We are seeking a motivated Geo-Environmental Consultant with experience to join our team and support the delivery of a diverse range of ground investigation, geotechnical and environmental projects.

The Role

As a Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering projects from investigation through to reporting and construction support. You will work closely with clients, contractors and project teams while developing your technical and professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, supervision and reporting of ground investigations.
• Undertake geo-environmental and geotechnical assessments, including the interpretation of ground investigation data.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and factual and interpretative deliverables.
• Support earthworks projects, materials assessments and site validation activities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, laboratories and regulatory bodies.
• Undertake site visits, site supervision and occasional monitoring works.

About You

You will have:

• A BSc degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Geotechnical Engineering, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience within a geo-environmental, geotechnical or related consultancy role.
• A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel to sites as required.
• Strong report writing, data interpretation and communication skills.
• The ability to manage your workload effectively within project budgets and timescales.
