About the role

EHM Realty & Development Corp. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Geodetic Engineer to join our surveying team. This is a full-time position based in Lipa City, Batangas. As a Geodetic Engineer, you will play a crucial role in establishing precise measurements and spatial data for our construction and real estate development projects. Your expertise will be fundamental to ensuring the accuracy and success of our developments, directly contributing to the quality and compliance of our work across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct geodetic surveys and establish control networks for construction projects using advanced surveying equipment and technology
• Perform land boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and hydrographic surveys as required for project planning and design
• Collect, process, and analyse spatial data using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments to ensure accuracy and precision
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and technical documentation for use by engineers, architects, and project management teams
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks in accordance with national and international standards
• Monitor and verify elevation, alignment, and positioning during construction phases to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Utilise surveying software and CAD applications to process data, create plans, and generate technical deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams, site engineers, and contractors to resolve survey-related queries and coordinate with on-site activities
• Ensure all surveying work complies with applicable regulations, professional standards, and company quality procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all survey data, equipment calibration, and project documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline from a recognised institution
• Professional licensure as a Geodetic Engineer or Land Surveyor in the Philippines (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in geodetic surveying, land surveying, or construction surveying
• Proficiency in operating surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and laser theodolites
• Strong knowledge of surveying software, CAD applications, and spatial data management systems
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and project specifications
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound understanding of national and international surveying standards and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Physical capability to work on construction sites and in various weather conditions
• Experience with real estate development or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred
• Knowledge of boundary disputes resolution and property demarcation is an advantage
