Geodetic Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Land Surveying and Measurement
• Conduct topographic, boundary, relocation, verification, and construction surveys.
• Establish and verify property boundaries, elevations, coordinates, benchmarks, and reference points.
• Perform accurate measurements and field surveys using total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Construction Surveying
• Establish and verify construction lines, grades, elevations, and reference points based on approved plans.
• Provide survey controls and layout for roads, buildings, drainage systems, utilities, and other site development works.
• Conduct as-built surveys and verify completed works against approved plans.
• Survey Data and Documentation
• Prepare survey plans, maps, technical reports, computations, and other required documentation.
• Process and analyze survey data using appropriate surveying and CAD software.
• Maintain accurate and organized survey records, field notes, coordinates, measurements, and technical documents.
• Site Verification and Monitoring
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify actual conditions against approved plans and technical specifications.
• Monitor property boundaries and construction locations to identify discrepancies or potential issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, foremen, and other project personnel regarding survey requirements.
• Technical and Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure surveying activities comply with applicable Philippine laws, regulations, technical standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of survey-related documents required for permits, land development, property transactions, and government submissions.
• Provide technical assistance on land and property-related survey concerns.
• Equipment and Safety
• Ensure that surveying instruments and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and secured.
• Follow company safety policies and ensure safe surveying practices at project sites.
• Report damaged, defective, or inaccurate equipment immediately.
• Coordination and Reporting
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Project Manager, contractors, and other departments regarding survey requirements and site concerns.
• Prepare regular progress and survey reports as required.
• Immediately report discrepancies, encroachments, measurement issues, or other technical concerns affecting the project.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
