Geodetic Engineer

Qualifications:

• College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, or any related course/field;
• Proficient in Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing applications, including geospatial data processing, analysis, and mapping; and
• Physically capable and willing to conduct fieldwork, including site verification and validation of transmission assets.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different project locations, as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys.
• Perform field measurements using surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying instruments.
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and reference points.
• Conduct site measurements and gather accurate field data for engineering and construction projects.
• Process and analyze survey data and prepare survey plans, maps, and technical reports.
• Perform calculations for elevations, coordinates, distances, areas, and other survey requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project personnel, contractors, and other concerned parties regarding survey requirements.
• Assist in construction layout and staking activities.
• Monitor and verify actual site conditions against approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, measurements, and documentation.
• Ensure that all surveying activities comply with applicable technical standards, safety requirements, and project procedures.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction or engineering surveying.
• Knowledge of CAD and survey data-processing software.
• Familiarity with Philippine surveying practices and standards.
• Ability to prepare and interpret survey plans and technical drawings.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per day
