Geodetic Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of surveying principles and practices.
• Basic understanding of GIS and geospatial data.
• Familiarity with LiDAR, hydrographic, or other surveying technologies is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software; knowledge of Global Mapper or QGIS is an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn project management and client coordination.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and willing to participate in occasional fieldwork and site visits.
• Willing to travel when required for project-related activities.

Nice to Have

• Academic or internship experience involving LiDAR, GIS, surveying, or hydrographic projects.
• Familiarity with LiDAR data processing and geospatial workflows.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Global Mapper, QGIS, or similar software.
• Strong interest in developing a career in project management and technical operations.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop leadership and client-management skills.
