Geodetic Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geodetic, topographic, cadastral, and land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, contours, and other land features.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, GPS devices, GIS software, and AutoCAD applications to collect, process, and analyze survey data.
• Prepare and maintain survey plans, location plans, development plans, technical reports, maps, and related project documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey measurements, calculations, and geospatial data.
• Manage and update databases containing survey records, coordinates, cadastral information, and other geodetic data.
• Perform site inspections, field studies, and stakeholder coordination activities to support project development and implementation.
• Assist project teams by providing technical expertise, research, and recommendations related to surveying, mapping, and land development.
• Support land acquisition activities through technical consultations, boundary verification, and property-related surveys.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on industry standards, surveying technologies, and best practices to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer is required.
• With at least 
5 years of experience as a geodetic engineer.
• Proficient in surveying instruments, drones, GIS applications, AutoCAD, and related geospatial software.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites as required.
