Geodetic Engineer

Job Summary

The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for conducting land surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction surveys to determine accurate land measurements, elevations, coordinates, and property boundaries. The role involves collecting and analyzing geospatial data using surveying instruments, GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, drones, and other surveying technologies to support engineering, construction, land development, and infrastructure projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in accordance with project requirements.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, elevations, and reference points.
• Perform field measurements, data collection, and verification of survey results.
• Process, analyze, and interpret survey data using surveying software, CAD, and other relevant applications.
• Prepare survey plans, topographic maps, technical reports, and as-built drawings.
• Verify property boundaries, land areas, elevations, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, contractors, and other project personnel to ensure accurate survey information.
• Monitor construction layouts and verify that structures and site improvements conform to approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards, safety procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, equipment logs, and project documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
