Geodetic Engineer / Inginer Topograf

In 2022, CCN Holding established its Bucharest Branch Office to participate in hospital tenders in Romania and oversee awarded projects. CCN is currently executing the Dimitrie Gerota Emergency Hospital Project for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bucharest, SRU Iasi (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Iasi,) SRU Cluj (Spitalul Regional de Urgenta Cluj), Children Hospital Cluj and continues to expand its international presence through major construction and healthcare projects.

CCN is looking for an experienced Geodetic Engineer / Inginer Topografto join our team for one of our major construction projects in Romania (Bucuresti / Cluj).

Responsibilities

• Performing topographic and geodetic surveys.

• Processing and interpreting survey data and preparing the required technical documentation.

• Monitoring the position, alignment, levels and dimensions of executed works.

• Preparing as-built measurements, drawings and survey reports;

• Participate in technical and coordination meetings and follow up on agreed actions.

• Provide technical support to the project and construction teams during execution.

• Support multidisciplinary coordination on site.

Qualifications

• University degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Cadastre or a related technical field.

• Advanced knowledge of surveying instruments, including total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment and digital levels.

• Good command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D or other specialised surveying software is an advantage

• Experience in large-scale and technically complex construction projects; previous experience in hospital or healthcare projects is considered a strong advantage.

• Sound knowledge of applicable Romanian technical regulations, standards, and approval requirements.

• Native Romanian speaker with an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
